We having Licensed 3D modelling software SolidWorks -2025, Auto cad & providing external CAM support based on our customer requirement. We having strong CAM engineer team can able to support and provide NC program based on your machines. It will help to reduce customer part proving time & cycle time reduction.
After completion of fixture design will run the CAM program with the help of customer designed cutting tools to ensure the fixture design and process method found safe to avoid the correction.
SAE at our in-house facilities we having list of machines and well experienced operators can able to produce complicated and high accuracy fixtures.

We having strong inspection collaboration with Unique Measurement Service Ambattur. For the fixtures critical dimensions, we will provide CMM inspection report.
